MAC PPL WHO ARE GOOD WITH PICTURE BUSINESS

iphoto. file export/change kind to jpeg and then choose size from drop down.

my pictures are way too big (all as jpeg) and idk how to make them smaller, what program do I need to use? omg help please :( :( :(

Either photoshop but if you want to do them all at the same time EasyBatch.
